* NOTE: Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, please note that we are seeing a higher volume of international packages lost in transit. For this reason, we are not recommending orders of greater than $100 in value (the maximum claim value). If your package is lost in transit, we will only be able to issue a product refund up to $100. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for any additional customs fees or duties that may apply in your country at the time of delivery.
It is the responsibility of the customer to closely track the progress of their shipment, as PerfectFit cannot be responsible for missed deliveries.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address is correct, as we cannot verify international addresses. Any additional delays or fees associated with shipping errors cannot be the responsibility of PerfectFit.
